Cleaning glass windows with Crystal

Crystal is a ready-to-use window cleaner that cleans in seconds streak-free – without damaging tints or films.

Application

  1. Spray Crystal evenly onto a Micro-Glass microfiber cloth or directly onto the glass and distribute.
  2. Wipe dry with a second clean Micro-Glass cloth. The Micro-Diamond grey also works well.

Cleaning and caring for exterior plastics

First deep cleaning, then care: Plastic Wash for deep-pore cleanliness, then Protecton or Protecton Matt for the desired finish. Best results with the black sponge applicator. Work hard-to-reach spots with the Detail Brush.

Plastic Wash, Protecton and Protecton Matt application

Plastic Wash application

  1. Wipe plastic or vinyl surfaces with a damp Micro-Wash cloth.
  2. Spray Plastic Wash onto a Micro-Wash cloth or directly onto the surface and distribute evenly.
  3. Work in with medium pressure. On textured surfaces, use the cleaning brush.
  4. Wipe again with a lightly damp cloth.

Protecton (gloss) application

  1. Clean the plastic with Plastic Wash.
  2. Apply Protecton with the sponge applicator.
  3. Let it work – the milky white film becomes a deep black finish.

Protecton Matt application

  1. Clean the plastic and let it dry.
  2. Shake the bottle well.
  3. Apply Protecton Matt evenly with the sponge applicator and firm pressure.
  4. After about 20 minutes, the matte finish becomes visible.

Cleaning and impregnating fabric convertible tops

Fabric Top Cleaner is ideal for fabric tops – it attacks neither the impregnation nor the rubber inserts.

Fabric Top Cleaner application

  1. Apply only on a dry fabric top.
  2. Spray on Top Cleaner and let it work for up to 10 minutes.
  3. Brush out with the cleaning brush in the direction of the fabric grain.
  4. Rinse with plenty of fresh water and let dry.
  5. Then re-impregnate with Lotos Protectant.

Lotos Protectant application on fabric tops

  1. Cover bodywork and windows with plastic film.
  2. Shake Lotos Protectant well and spray the fabric top from about 30 cm in a crosshatch pattern. Spread across the entire surface with the included foam cube.
  3. Let dry. 1–2 additional applications increase the effect.

Caring for vinyl convertible tops and vinyl windows

Vinyl top care

With regular treatment with Plastic Wash and Protecton, vinyl tops stay supple and dirt-repellent.

Application

  1. Clean the top with Plastic Wash and the cleaning brush. Wipe again with Micro-Wash.
  2. Apply Protecton with the sponge applicator and firm pressure. Let it work for 20 minutes.
  3. Wipe with a clean cloth and light pressure.

Cleaning vinyl windows with Vinyl Clean

Vinyl Clean prevents vinyl windows from clouding and keeps them flexible and transparent for years.

Application

  1. Shake the bottle well.
  2. Apply Vinyl Clean with the sponge applicator to the inner and outer surfaces.
  3. Wipe dry with the Micro-Absorb pink.
  4. Repeat if needed.
